Jen B's vegan mincemeat recipe

So, I mentioned on Twitter that I had scoffed some homemade mince pies for breakfast and therefore Christmas must be well and truly on its way. What other time of year would I consider that acceptable breakfast fodder?! Then someone asked me for the recipe! It had never occurred to me that I could be the next Nigella....oh, sorry, getting carried away - here is the recipe.
